Lovely hotel with great staff
Really enjoyed our stay here, love the rooms, I like the little details of bringing a cold drinks for guests checking in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily and Suly at front desk. The spa was especially nice, love the foot bath of roses, made us feel very pampered. Prices were very reasonable for both the spa treatments and dining at the hotel.
Amazing new hotel – a truly 5 star experience
This hotel far exceeded my expectations - a real 5 star experience. It was our favourite Vietnamese hotel. The photos don't do it justice - it's brand new and the two pools are incredible (my favourite was the rooftop). The food was delicious, the rooms are really big, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I got a spa treatment, a facial, and it was so relaxing. The hotel is located a little bit away (5min drive) from the hustle and bustle of the river bars/restaurants and night market which was a bonus for us because we like our sleep! We slept well every night because it's nice and quiet and a taxi to the night Market is super cheap. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus for the beach and the town.
10/10 Experience – One of the best hotels in the world!
Absolutely awesome hotel, loved every minute here. Stayed here three nights, the service was unreal. The breakfast buffet was 5 Star and the rooftop pool was absolute paradise. Gym, spa and luxury rooms, it doesn’t get any better! Lily on the front desk was attentive to every need. It’s a 6 minute shuttle to the Old Town, or a 10 min bike ride to An Bang Beach. A little slice of heaven, the hotel is a great place to escape the bustle of the Old Town and rejuvenate each night. Thoroughly recommend!
